A beautiful atrium/stone waterfall, with rooms radiating from the center. Cooling clerestory, roof designed for water catchment. Heating and cooling of this home should be a minim of 20-30% + less than a conventional house depending on ceiling insulation values. With both the passive solar gain & the cooling atrium/tower.
